MOLLY
Molly was our previous dog
A kind of Staffy cross
We picked her up from Battersea
On sight our hearts were lost
No more than a puppy
She loved to run and play
She filled our hearts with so much love
And brought sunshine to our day
She was wonderful with children
On other dogs she wasn’t keen
To see her run and frolic
Was a spectacle to be seen
She loved walking in the country
And was always by our side
Except when squirrels crossed her path
Then they would have to run and hide
Our years with her were special
As all dog owners know
But eventually like all of them
There came a time for her to go
We stayed with her and cuddled her
And of course it made us cry
She looked at us for one last time
And the she said goodbye.

My Lady, 14 wonderful years loving you.
When the grandchildren came along you mothered them like your pups and they adored you. We spent many happy days just you and me walking miles in all different places.always by my side unless you saw a rabbit then off like a rocket.
Seizures took your spark and you let me know it was time to part ,for a while I sang you are my sunshine as you slipped away in my arms.
Rest peacefully my beautiful girl till me meet again x
