"By booking Pett Farm Pooch Paddock you are agreeing to the following"

The use of the orchard is subject to this agreement and acceptance of the following conditions of use.

While at Pett Farm Pooch Paddock, you must agree that you do so at your and your dog/s own risk. Your dog/s behaviour is solely your responsibility!

 

At  Pett Farm Pooch Paddock! You are completely responsible for your and your dog’s safety and welfare on our property and the neighbouring land. We only accept responsible dog owners on our premises. They must keep within the law of responsible dog ownership.

 

At Pett Farm Pooch Paddock we will not accept any liability for loss, injury, or death.

Strictly no more than two cars per booking unless agreed beforehand.

 

All dogs must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations and worming for the safety and welfare of all users. 

 

All transport vehicles parked within Pett Farm Pooch Paddock boundaries are left at the owner’s own risk. We accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage caused while parked at Pett Farm Pooch Paddock.

 

As the organiser and the landowner, we will not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury caused to property, individuals, or animals when using our exercise fields, agility equipment or buildings.

 

If any damage is caused to our fields, fences, equipment, or property. As the dog/s owner, you will pay for the repairs in full.

 

On arrival & departure to Pett Farm Pooch Paddock. It is your responsibility to be on time to enter and leave the area. Please allow enough time to unload and load your dog/s back into your vehicle. Your slot includes arriving, unloading your dog/s, getting to your booked area, time in the fenced area, exiting the area, loading your dog/s back into your vehicle, and then departing our premises within your slot. If you arrive early please STAY in your vehicle until the previous clients have left.

 

Do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited with their dog.  

 

Prior to booking with us, we recommend that you come for a walk round to inspect our facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that our facilities are suitable for you and your dog/s specific requirements. Please make careful consideration of our fence heights, our animals, the exercise areas, access, and the area surrounding Pett Farm Pooch Paddock.

In the winter or periods of wet weather be mindful that it could be muddy and slippery in places, suitable footwear should be worn.

 

 It is the hirer's/dog owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dog. Understandably, it can sometimes be difficult to find if your dog does their business a long way from you, so we would kindly ask any dog poo found you scoop and dispose of, and if other users do the same, we can all work together for a clean environment for the dogs.

 

 Any equipment used at Pett Farm Pooch Paddock is done so at your and your dog’s own risk. We accept no liability for any damage, injury, or death.

 

All children must stay with you and must be fully supervised at all times.  Children MUST NOT climb on any of the agility equipment or logs.

We are also building a WhatsApp community where like-minded dog lovers can keep up-to-date and communicate with each other. 

By booking with us you are agreeing we can add you to the group.

If you don't want to stay in the group simply click on leave and your account will be marked up as such.
